Claire Corroon is a Primary school teacher who was also part of the original PCSP team responsible for the delivery of the national in-service days, in the wake of the introduction of the Primary School Curriculum in 1999.
At presentshe works in St. Etchens National School, Kinnegad, as well as facilitating Maths courses for teachers in conjunction with the Education Centers in Navan, Athlone, Carrick-on-Shannon, Laois and Kildare. She is also one of the authors of Operation Maths.
